What Could Small, Hard Lump Under The Skin Of Penis With On And Off Oozing Pus Indicate?

I have had this hard lump a bit smaller than a pee under the skin of my penis for 2 months, it is on the left underneath side and is on the borderline of where the hair is growing, it doesnt hurt and it doesnt grow a white head or anything and sometimes gets a little red, when i squeeze it occasionally a little bit of pus comes out and the lump seems to get a little bit smaller, i dont know whether its a blocked/infected hair follicle or lymphocele, what can and should i do about this

In short: It may be sebaceous cyst(infected) forming a sinus.

Explanation:
According to your symptoms, It seems to be a sebaceous cyst, which is frequently found in hairy region of scrotum.
As a doctor I would like to suggest you to visit a surgeon or a Dermatologist for your problem.
For time being you can take Cap Amoxicillin 500mg 8hrly for 03 days if you are not allergic to this medicine. As this is a prescription medicine would suggest you to consult your local doctor before taking it.
