What Could Smelly Discharge With Itchy Bumps Suggest?

i have been noticing that my period is coming with a little bit of a smell, this has been happening for about 3 months now, the other day i had a itch on the out side of myself and i noticed a little almost a bump not thinking everything of it. i was taking a shower, washing my body and noticed that my bump was now red and looking like it was blooding.
