What Could Sore Throat, Cough With Flem With Ear Pain Suggest?

i have a runny congested nose, sore throat, hard cough with flem and i cant hear from my left ear. if i tilt my head back i can hear, if i sit normal it feels like something is blocking the ear passage. it sounds like im under water. also, when i lean forward, deep inside my ear has a sharp pain. any ideas? please help.

dear patient, according to me u should soon consult an ENT specialist & get your otoscopy done & then start with the treatment. Dont worry it will get ok with appropriate treatment.
