What Could Spotting And Abdominal Cramps Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex over a month ago. I was stessing hard over that time waiting for my period. Well I received my period yesterday (at least I think it is) and it s very different. Sorry (TMI) when i go to pee, no blood comes out and there is hardly anything on pad when I check. When I wipe there is a whole lot of blood. So I don t understand what s going on. Also I m having bad stomach cramps. Could this be caused by stress? (also took 2 pregnancy test and both came back negative.

Welcome to hcm,
Stress may also cause irregular periods and spotting. As your two pregnancy test came negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant, if test is properly done with early morning sample and a week after missed periods.
