What Could Spotting And Bleeding With Heavy Clots After Implanon Insertion Indicate?

I a c section 9 months ago. I'm using the implanon for birth control. I starting spotting three week after I got it. I did that for 6 months. Then I stopped. On oct 14 I started bleeding, very heavily with clots. I am still bleeding and nothing has changed yet. I dont think I bleed this bad after I gave birth.. What could be wrong??
