General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests detect the presence of HCG hormone which can be found by day 11 to 14 after possible conception.

If the tests were done at this time then they are accurate and you are not pregnant.
The delayed period would be due to the PCOS. It is not unusual for a delayed period to be light.

Coughing, vomiting and abdominal pain can be due to different causes , most commonly acute infection.

Very persistent coughing can also lead to vomiting.
Using a cough suppressant, if the coughing is severe , would help.

I hope this helps
