What Could Spotting While On Northisterone Indicate?

Hi I started taking northisterone one day before my period started as i wasnt sure when my period will start exactly but then i spotted for a couple of days, i took only for a day which is three tablets and when spotting started i stopped using it thinking that my period started so useless to take any more. Today is my third day and i am noticing no bleeding or spotting. I am on holiday and quite confused. Shall i start taking it again? Or what will happen now..
