What Could Spotting With Itchy Genitals Suggest?

i haver missed my period for 2 months but im still sexually active and monday i had sex and the next morning i was spotting and had the most uncomfortable feeling in my private area and today im spotting again but there is no smell or color in my urine

I understand your concern.
Spotting happening a day after intercourse could be due to mechanical injury to the vaginal mucosa. Following it, experiencing uncomfortable feeling with itchy genitals could indicate bacterial vaginosis. It is mild infection of vagina caused by bacteria.
Kindly wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution twice a day. Keep the area under good hygiene. Take a course of antibiotic metronidazole. To control itch, you need to take along with it tablet Levocetrizine.
Avoid sexual activity until the symptoms subside completely.
