What Could Stiff Enlarged Testicles Suggest?

HI there.. I have this problem for last few weeks. My right testicles grows very big [about 5-6 times the original size]. It gets really stiff and hurts.. I'm going to see a doctor next week,just wondering if I could get any ideas what it could be. Thanks

Hi.
Thanks for your query and n elucidate history.

The growing of the right testicle very big to the tune of 5 to 6 times is possible due to only a few problems. Viz:
-Enlarged Hernia
-Sudden increase in hydrocele may be due to infection or bleeding.

The best way is to get a proper diagnosis by a physical examination by a Surgeon or a Urologist and get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination if the scrotum and abdomen.

Once the diagnosis is made get operated accordingly.
Till then give a scrotal support.
