What Could Stiff Neck, Lightheadedness And Nausea Indicate?

my daughter is 9 yrs. old. she woke up yesterday with a stiff neck. she said she has felt lightheaded at times and some nausea, not much. i thought maybe she slept wrong and the remaining pain is because it's sore still from the pain. what do you think?
