Sharp stinging in penis shaft off and on, on some days, and a quick pain in right testicle every once in a while. Also a little tiny burning after urniating on my penis head for like 2 seconds. I have been touching it alot daily like 2 times an hour to make sure its ok could I be adding bacteria to it by examiningit and touching it so much? And causing my own symptoms? Also no blisters or anything unusual on penis.
