What Could Strange, Glue Like Smelling Fluid Discharge During Pregnancy Indicate?
Hello I m 28 weeks pregnant Thursday, I ve been leaking fluid either urine or amniotic for the past 3 days, I reckon urine because it s not constant it s just now and again and I don t always feel it except trickle out unless I squeeze, any way, today I noticed a different smell down there , mainly the smells on my pants I think. Anyway it almost resembles the smell of glue? Any help would be great!
Urinary incontinence is an issue commonly encountered by pregnant women and it is nothing to worry about. But, if not addressed it can lead to infections which can present in a manner described by you.
In light of the current appearance I would advise a visit to your doctor for a physical examination, urine analysis and ultrasound investigation of your abdomen and pelvis. Treatment will be advised accordingly ma'am.
Do not worry as this is nothing serious and can be easily addressed, but requires medical attention. Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
