What Could Stretching Pain On Back Of Thighs Mean?

I'm 16, and already 6'4" with my growth plates in my ankles closed (it's what they said from my xray last may) and now I'm getting these bad streching pains on both the backs of my thighs. It can't be growing pains, but it feels just like it. What could they be?
