What Could Stringy, Blood Filled Sac Hanging At The Entrance Of Vagina Be?

i need a gynecologist's opinion. i just discovered some abnormal thing hanging out at the entrance of my vagina. it feels like it's attached deep inside, it doesn't hurt. It has some sort of a stringy stalk and it ends up with what feels like a sac filled with blood. It's soft, i pressed on it lightly and it bled. i'm not yet due for my period. i should be ovulating right now.
