What Could Sudden Blindness, Drooping Mouth With Off Balance And Memory Loss For Short Time Mean?

A few days ago, I was getting dressed, and all of a sudden, my vision went crazy. It was as if my vision was fighting to keep up with me so I couldn't walk without falling down. The left side of my mouth began to act like a stroke patient's mouth...it was smiling on the left side and drooping on the other side. My right arm felt like it was a hundred pounds so i couldn't even use it. I also forgot a couple of people's names and how to use my own cell phone. Can you please tell me what you think happened?
