What Could Sudden Blurry Vision, Numb Hands And Mouth With Headache Mean?

I had an issue today where my vision went blurry and my left hand and mouth went numb along with a really bad heache, slow reactions and couldnt concentrate at all.. it last for about an hour went away for a couple minutes then my right hand and mouth went numb but my vision is better..what do you think?
