What Could Sudden Changes In Body Temperature Suggest?

Hi, I'm just wondering about sudden changes in body temperature. It's happened to me a few times, I suddenly get very hot and start gagging as if to be sick, I have to take any coats or jumpers off straight away to try and cool down. Once I have done this I'm ok, it just happens so suddenly I'm just wondering what it could be. Thanks

it appears to be thyroid problem. do thyroid function test. any disperaty should be treated with medicine as recomanded.
