What Could Sudden Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Ringing Ears Suggest?

I get over heated all of a sudden and start feeling really dizzy, can barly walk, I turn pale, feel sick to my stomach, blurry vision occurs and there is also a loud ringing in my ear. these events happen very sudden and random. It has only happend twice. Why does this happen?
