What Could Sudden Flu Like Symptoms Causing Weight Loss Mean?

For about 4 months I have been sick. Started with loss of appetite and flu like symptoms, but has gotten worse. Turned into feeling faint, lightheaded, weak, diarrhea, trouble sleeping, . I have lost nearly 25 lbs. It comes and goes every few weeks, but lasts for 3-5 days when it does come. I thought I was having a heart attack a few times, but had my heart checked and it came back healthy. I am very worried need some answers.

I really appreciate your concern as long as the flu like symptoms are there then it is okay but if you are loosing the weight then this is the matter of concern, because due to the flu eight can not be reduced, in my opinion the deferential diagnosis need to be investigated and in my opinion x-ray study of chest is must, take care and have a nice day.
