What Could Sudden Pain In Lower Abdomen, Bloating, Nausea And Heartburn Suggest?

Hello, I had a sudden intense pain in lower right abdomen on Wednesday that dulled after a few minutes. Soon after started to bloat a bit and have excessive gas with lots of gurgling. Still eating and drinking as usual. Today(Saturday) I got a bit dizzy and felt a little nauseous. I feel some slight burning sensations like heartburn but it comes and goes. I do not have health insurance as of yet and would like to have it in place before I am seen unless you think this is an emergency. Thank you

hello,
thank you for your query,
this is not an emergency.it is due to indigestion and may be associated with
gastritis,peptic ulcer,GB stone,gastroenteritis(if associated with loose stool)
i shall advise you to take PPI+antiemetic combi, pancreatic enzyme complex syrup, multivitamin and probiotic.
do an usg whole abdomen.
if there is any abnormal report or it doesnot subside consult your physician.
hope this is helpful.regards.
