Welcome to healthcare magic! Is it a random blood sugar reading? If you didn't take any food 1 hour before test then its marginally high. The normal range for fasting sugar is 70-100 mg/dl and after meal (PP) is <140 mg/dl and 140-199 is borderline diabetes. So it looks like pre-diabetes. Exercise daily for at least 45 minutes. It helps to deal with insulin resistance which is main cause of type 2 diabetes.Reduce intake of sugars, sweets, carbohydrates. Increase intake of protein, salads, vegetables, fruits. Take 4-5 small meals in a day. Reduce fry foods.
