What Could Sudden, Spreading, Itchy Rash On Left Breast With Extreme Muscle Pain While Stretching Indicate?

I have developed a sudden rash on my left breast that is itchy and I now have what feels like extreme muscle pain when i stretch the area. My PCP has prescribed a steriod cream to apply to the rash, but the rash has actually spread rather then getting better

it could be herpes zoster infection..steroids won't work..better confirm diagnosis by sending photo..and start on t valacyclovir 1gm tds with pregabalin and topical anesthetic cream.
