What Could Swelling And Shutting Of Right Eye Indicate?

I woke up a few days ago with my right eye almost swollen shut. Didn t realize it until someone at work asked me about it. No redness, no itching, no drainage, just really puffy upper lid, doesn t seem to effect my vision, but left eye may be overcompensating. Allergy drops did nothing.
