What Could Swelling, Cuts And Whitening Of Urethra With Pain Indicate?

need help!hi there, I'm a female, 17 years old height is 5"4. I have a serious question to ask, and also I am pretty scared, but when I went to go pee, it hurt. so I took a mirror to see why and I noticed my pee hole area looked white and swollen, which had cuts and barely bleeding. it freaked me out and I was hoping you could help me out here. I also am not on medication.

I really appreciate your concern you have not mentioned clearly the problem that you have while you voiding you said it hurts you, in what sense does it hurts you, is it paining, burning, not passing the urine, in my opinion this could be urinary tract infection and this need to be ruled out and for that you have to get the urine test, the opening of urethra (orifice ) must be alright, and no need to worry about this, take care and have nice day.
