What Could Swelling Of Foot During Filariasis Suggest?

Have been diagnosed with filariasis since Oct 16 '10. Have taken the treatment Unicarbazan forte. There was no swelling when I was on vacation from Dec 22 to Jan1 '11. However, on resuming work from 3rd Jan, the swelling is back on left foot. It decreases in morning without elevating foot. Am distraught as I need to earn.Anita
