What Could Swelling With Bruises On Knee And Foot Suggest?

My right leg has been swollen from the knee down for about 1 week---DVT has been ruled out by a doppler study, so has gout, uric acid 6.7 and no infection, wbc 5.9. I haven't injured my leg but there is bruising on the side of my foot like when I've twisted my ankle. My leg has turned a jaundice color---very tight.
