What Could Swollen Eye With T Under Cheekbone Suggest?

I was in a fight 2 months ago and my cheekbone was hit pretty hard. My eye was swollen completely shut. My eye is still black and I have a small knot under my eye on my cheekbone and my vision is just now being affected. Why so long to be affected and what could it be?

Now you should apply ice oppression over knot. black eye will improve by itself. for vision diminution, get your eye examined. refraction and fundus examination should be done. if any problem is detected ,should be treated.
