What Could Swollen Layer Of White Portion Of Eyes At The Bottom Indicate?

I rubbed my eyes during shower and then I started feeling like my eyes are swelling and I could not see downwards clearly but seeing straight was normal. I washed my eyes in shower. Then after shower I checked my eyes the white portion felt like gel and seems like more gelled at the bottom then on top and seems like swollen layer around the black portion.

it can be conjunctivitis. get your eye examined by eye doctor and correct diagnosis is possible. now accordingly treatment can be recommended by eye doctor.
