What Could Swollen Muscles On Chest In Males Suggest?

I noticed when I looked in the mirrow my left side breast (male) like my upper lat muscel seems to be swollen, I dont have any pain but after some foods there is a dull pain, I feel like I should go get a ex-ray; I dont feel any lumps; feels like my right side just looks a little swollen
