What Could Swollen, Sore Middle Toes Of Both Feet Indicate?

I have been waking up with the middle three toes on both feet swollen and kind of sore for the last few days. My feet themselves aren t swollen or sore. The pain is similar to pins and needles, but very dull. It shouldn t be a circulation problem because I haven t been sitting or resting weight on my legs or feet. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.i think you have athletes foot.my opinion is that,
1.dont scratch the lesions.
2.maintain good hygiene.
3.wear loose footwears.
4.apply clotrimazole ointment twice daily over the lesions.
5.take levocetrizine tablets twice daily to control itching.
