What Could Swollen Vagina Post Sex Suggest?

Hi My problem is this, two days ago after having sex with my boyfriend i noticed that something different in my vagina, it was like as if a muscle had came out of it, and its outer part was like swollen, now it is somehow better but i still have abdominal pain. Can you please tell me what went wrong? Thanx a lot!!
