welcome to Health care magic.
1.Tarlov cyst is a perineural cyst - CSF filled dilated nerve sheet, extradural but contain nerve sheet.
2.Mild straightening is noted with loss of normal lordotic curve because of irritation caused to nerve ending causes stiffness.
3.At l4-5 there is mild mass effect on the nerve root / foramen.
4.The cyst is left alone if its not causing symptoms - if does it can be excised.
5.Spinal causes initially treated with exercise, physiotherapy - lastly operation / intervention is treatment of choice.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
