What Could Temperature With Body Pain During Pregnancy Indicate?
my wife is 7 weeks pregnant, her body temp just now is 38.1 celsius, headache is there and a little chill and body aches, had a busy night last night as we have to entertain some guest..this is her 2nd pregnancy, she had a miscarriage last year...we are really worried, we don t know what to do...she is a renal transplant patient of 6 years also, please help, thanks a lot.

Hi iam sorry to hear that symptoms are suggestive of viral disease .but these days osf swine flu and dengue and malaria they have to be thought above. Finally it could be a urinary infection that is quiet common in pregnancy that can ascend up to kidney .relavant lab test including urine cuture exibiton of antipyretic and tepid sponging a course of broad spectrum antibiotic with a renal physician referral should solve the problem baby should be ok with due care.
