General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query .
The bleeding from the testicle , actually the scrotum can be due to a small enlarged vein in the skin and which gets easily enlarged.
I wouldadvise ytou to visit a General Surgeon or an Urologist to see and find out the possible cause.
And get cauterised or operated to put a stitch on such bleeding spot can cure your problem permanently .
Do not treat at home.
