What Could The Blood Test Report Indicate?

I had my gallbladder removed on Jan 25 2012. After being released I had blood work done. I received a call on Feb 15, I was told my alt was at 84 and I need to see the doctor. My appointment is on monday but I am very worried. Should I be? I don't do drugs, or drink a lot, no hep. Or jaundice.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your alt level is slightly high. There are many causes for that. You may have some mild liver insult. Its not a cause of big worry. You just consult your doctor and go for complete liver function test. Then if needed take treatment accordingly. Just be relaxed. Its not serious.
