What Could The Brown Substance From Vagina Be?

I'm having this problem with my vagina. Sometimes when I wipe myself or masturbate this flakey looking brown stuff comes off. I know its not dried blood because I'm pregnant and its been happening for a while. I shower twice a day so I know I'm not dirty down there I would really love it if someone can answer my dilemma.
