What Could The Clitoris Skin Tag Causing Irritation Be?

I have a small lighter colored skin tag looking thing rihht below my clitoris. I looked at pictures of genital warts and it didnt *quite* look like it, but it was similar. It almost looked like a cross between a wart and a skin tag. Any ideas of what it could be? It was not sore or itchy I only noticed it when I did a self examination I do frequently. I did pull at it and now it is irritated but before I was so worried about it it never bothered me. What could this be?
