Hi,

It appears you suffering from a febrile illness, most likely a flu. Please check your temperature every few hours with a thermometer and keep a note of it. Eat light food in adequate amounts. Take lots of fluids. Use paracetamol to bring down the temperature and the pain. If you do not notice an improvement with this, please consult a doctor and get some basic investigations done. You may need a course of antibiotics as well as medicines to control the nausea.

Get well soon. Best wishes.
