What Could The Hard Labia Lump Be?

Hi i have a hard lump on my left labia it is tender moves around i have pain in thigh and hip area and it also sore from time to time I have had it for 8months now, I am having it removed next week friday , i have had 3 diagonsis of a cyst and one possible diagnosis of lympyh node? im confused
