What Could The Itchy Sore On Breast Be?

Hello, I have a large sore on my breast that won t heal. It is itchy and warm to the touch. There is pain in my back behind the breast. I have had mammos and ultra sounds and all is good. But this will not heal. Antibiotic cream won t work either. What should I do? Thanks; MRB

Thank you for posting on HCM.
From description it could be an insect bite or some allergic reaction but Its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
