What Could The Large Lump Inside Vagina Be?

So I have this large lump inside my vagina that feels rough and hard. My fiancé said it feels different when we have sex and I have just recovered from a bad uti. There is still coloring in my urine, similar to when there was blood in it during my uti but the sediment is darker. What is happening and what should I do?
