What Could The Light Brown Spots Like Bites On Fingers Indicate?

I have two light brown spots in between my fingers and four spots under my thumb in one hand. And today I noticed another light brown spot on my knuckle on the other hand. One of the spots under my thumb started with a red bump like a mosquito bite. After I noticed this the light brown spots started to appear. What could this be?
