Hi,

She is having liver nodules. Hence malignancy needs to be ruled out Triphasic CT scan and serum AFP estimation will be beneficial in rule out HCC. If needed USG guided biopsy can be done and sent for histopathology examination for rule out malignancy. According to cause specific treatment given. CBC also should be done to check eosinophila. If needed for rashes antihistaminic drug like phenylephrine can be prescribed. Consult a physician or gastroenterologist for examination and further work up accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
