What Could The Painful Lump On Jaw Line Indicate?

Hello I had a small painful lump under my right jaw line. Now I have woken up it has become much bigger and its throbbing and hurts to move my head or slightly touch it. Os this my lympth gland. No soreness when I swallow it just feels normal inside just outside hurts and I cant feel my jaw now

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..i think it is lymph node enlarged,, maybe u hv infection of ur teeth?? take a course f antibiotics and analgesics and do warm saline gargle twice daily...and prblm persists plz consult ur dentist..thanks
