What Could The Palatopharyngeal Arch Object Be?

I have what appears to be a stick like object visible behind my palatoparyngeal arch. It moves out further upon closing my mouth compared to when open saying ahhhh. I have experienced tonsil stones previously, however this is not a stone. My throat is bothering me, lymph nodes under chin a little swollen, tired. What s going on?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
It sound like a small polyp or mucus plug; ask your ENT to examine you thoroughly; meanwhile saline drops in the nose and Disprin gargles for the throat might help.
