What Could The Pills Be If 224 Is Written On One Side And A Score On The Other?

My little brother had some pills with 224 on one side and a score on the other and I wanted to know what they are . One site said they are oxi codone but they wern,t quite the same . Another said that they might be lithum. I would like to know exatly what he has been taking and kick some but

It is most likely to be a opiod analgesic like oxycodone or roxicodone. However it is very difficult to know for sure what its contents are. The best way to determine is to give it to a lab
