What Could The Popping Sound In Penis Post Intercourse Refer To?

Hi. A week ago, I heard a "pop" sound at the base of my penis while having intercourse with my girlfriend. Now, I feel like my penis feels "detached" from my body and hangs very losely. I can still get an erection but it doesn't point up anymore. I do not experience any pain but I am worried about the detached feeling I get from my penis and it doesnt angle up as high anymore. Please advise.
