What Could The Possible Cause Bleeding Thrice In A Month And Has History Of Endomeriosis Surgery?

Hi, Im Loren im 39 yrs old and abt 100lbs in weight, i had my period last dec 4 and it lasted 4 days then on dec 15 i started very light spotting only if wipe with the tissue i can see it, then today dec 18 i have a period not that so heavy. Is it normal? And what should be the cause? Am also on lemon water theraphy is it the possibly cause? I had also a laparoscopic surgery of my endometriosis last 2011. Thank you

Well,.the history of endometriosis makes the cause quite clear. But we need to know exactly which surgery was conducted to be able to predict the cause for such a presentation. It couldeither be directly due to the endometriosis or due to consequences of the conducted surgery.
