What Could The Skin Protrusion From The Anus Be?

hi, i am pregnant and have been constipated. i noticed last night in the bath that it appears that some of my bum hole has turned inside out - like a small piece of the tube has come out of the hole. it doesn t really hurt but is somewhat uncomfortable - should i go to see my doctor? will it go back in? thanks

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the constipation is routinely seen complaint during pregnancy.This is due to progesterone hormone in pregnancy.To combat this adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day are advised along with high fibre diet.If needed laxatives are also prescribed.This constipation if severe might lead to complications like anal fissure or piles.So the tissue might be piles.But examination might help in proper diagnosis.So consider consulting your doctor.
