General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a small red spot that bled from the scrotal skin.
The scrotal skin and its anatomy is different from the skin at other places in the body.
It has a very good blood supply and hence the veins too are large and very superficial. This entails the easy opening of some of the small venules that bleed easily as a result of itching and scratching.
Get Examined by a General Surgeon and if such spots are present, get them treated by cauterization or ligation.
